They use alkaline water to clean their produce/fruits before use. They have superfoods in their ingredients and they owner is super nice and you can tell health is his passion. Their drinks are well thought out and taste amazing and make you feel even better! It's located in a cute food truck spot and there are comfortable chairs you can sit under the shade. Parking is difficult to find/very minimal parking available for food truck visitors.

Absolutely love this juice spot. The vibe is incredible, the drinks are fresh and amazing, and you can really tell everything is made with care. Cesar and his wife Ilse are some of the kindest people you’ll meet. they’re genuinely passionate about their products and creating a great experience for everyone who walks in. You can feel the love and energy they put into this place. Highly recommend stopping by if you want quality juices and an awesome atmosphere

Best smoothies & juices! The menu is delicious with incredibly thoughtful, fresh and high quality ingredients and products. Hydrogen water tastes so good! Owners Cesar and his family have done something amazing here. Focusing on mental health and wellness as their mission. Great people. Great Drinks. Go stop by!

My friends and I stumbled upon juicy roots while we were looking for a lunch spot. I got the açaí bowl and elevate acai bowl. Both were incredible. You can tell they use the best ingredients. The owner is ex military and truly just wants to support others to live more healthy. They even host events in the outdoor area! I’ll definitely be back, I need one of their protein smoothies (37g of protein)
